    What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
    1000 boxes is our standard MOQ. However, if you have lower requirements we are pleased to help — whatever the quantity, you get the same quality and support.
    Do you charge shipping or delivery charges?
    We do not charge any extra fees for shipping. Our simple pricing model gives you an all-inclusive quote.
    What are these boxes made from?
    We use eco-friendly raw material; most of it is recyclable.
    We have several products of different sizes. Can they go in one box?
    Yes — one master box for all the products, with an insert to hold each item in place.
    Can you print pictures on the boxes?
    Of course. Using the latest techniques we can print any graphics — logos, pictures and more — on the boxes.
    Do you provide a mock-up for proofing before production?
    Yes. We provide a digital proof, a 3D mock-up and a physical sample on demand.
    Can you make boxes with custom dimensions?
    Yes. Every box is produced from scratch, so any custom dimension is possible.
    What is your ETA?
    For standard orders it takes 5–10 days from production to delivery at your doorstep.
    Can we use these boxes for direct shipments?
    Yes — they are made of sturdy material, so you can ship your products directly in them.
