Our Process
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
An account manager and an artwork specialist will team up to provide assistance for consultation and quote. This team of two will be responsible to communicate the entire process from planning to completion.
DEVELOPMENT – PRODUCT ANALYSIS
As a standard solution, a list of our existing packaging styles and sizes is available for the our clients. Apart from the stock constructions, an entirely new, tailored design for Bespoke solution can be created upon client’s request.
MANUFACTURING
All production processes take place under one roof at our premises, allowing high efficiency, faster service and thorough control. Every item is handcrafted with precision and close attention to detail.
PRE-PRODUCTION
Before mass production a screen visual of the final design, including artwork and branding, is submitted for approval. We strongly recommend provision of an actual prototype as a most reliable procedure of evaluation.
QUALITY CONTROL
Incoming inspection of materials, in-process inspection for compliance, handling, storage, and outgoing quality control of the produced items are all held according to a strict, top priority procedure.
LOGISTICS
The delivery process works according to mutual agreements between our company and our partners. All goods are packed in compliance with the client’s requirements and distributed to specified addresses.
